Refund Policy
At Maylin’s Touch Cleaning, we are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services and ensuring customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms and conditions related to refunds, cancellations, and claims, in accordance with business practices in the United States.
1. Non-Refundable Services
Due to the nature of cleaning services, refunds are not provided once the service has been completed, whether in full or in part.
2. Claims and Re-Cleaning
If the client is not satisfied with the service provided, they must notify Maylin’s Touch Cleaning within 24 hours of service completion.
After evaluating the claim, the company may offer a partial or full re-cleaning at no additional cost as the primary resolution.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled without penalty.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund.
4. Advance Payments
Any advance payment or deposit is considered a reservation of the service date and time.
If the cancellation is made within the allowed timeframe, the payment may be applied as a credit toward a future service.
Cash refunds are not issued.
5. Exceptions
Partial or full refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:
The service was not provided due to reasons attributable to the company.
Verified administrative or billing errors.
Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
